Mmmm…berries

Berries such as blueberries, blackberries, and cherries are nutritional powerhouses loaded with antioxidants. Save money by buying in bulk and freezing them. Freezing will not diminish their nutritional value at all, and you can even freeze veggies such as kale and broccoli. Just don’t eat the berries too early in the day, wait till later in the day and avoid an insulin spike that will blunt morning fat burning.
